Greater MO is always on the lookout for professional development opportunities we can provide to our alumnae. As part of this effort, we are launching a Lunch & Learn on April 24 with Dr. Leigh Anne Taylor Knight (GMLC Class of 2010, GMLF Alumnae Council), Executive Director & COO of The DeBruce Foundation. We are excited to partner with Leigh Anne to bring The DeBruce Foundation’s Agilities to our Greater MO community.
In light of the rapid rate of change in our economy, it is more important than ever to be agile in the workplace and to know the value YOU bring to the table. Leigh Anne will share career resources, such as the Agile Work Profiler, a career assessment tool designed to identify your work strengths and interests – your Agilities. By discovering and exploring your Agilities, people of all ages and work sectors, including civic leadership can:
- Identify their personal strengths and interests
- Understand the value they bring to community organizations, such as boards and commissions
- Increase confidence for engaging in learning and community-related opportunities
- Confidently connect with training and preparation to overcome challenges
