Guaranty Bank announced that Kristy Chastain (GMLC Class of 2015) has been promoted to senior vice president, commercial relationship manager.

From their news release “Chastain, who has had more than 15 years of banking experience, joined Guaranty Bank in 2020 as vice president, commercial relationship manager.

Prior to joining Guaranty, Chastain served as the chief operating officer for Springfield Sign, spent three years as a private banking relationship manager with Commerce Trust Company and 10 years with Arvest Bank, Bear State Bank and Metropolitan National Bank as a commercial lender.

Chastain holds a bachelor of science degree in mathematics from Missouri State University. She is a past recipient of the Springfield Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” and “20 Most Influential Women” awards and was named the Greater Missouri Leadership Foundation’s Alumna of the Year in 2018.

She is active in the community, and currently serves on the board of directors for Springfield Workshop Foundation. She has also served as a past president of the Springfield Regional Arts Council and chairman of the Red Carpet Committee and Small Business Council at the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce.”

Kristy also serves as GMLF Regional Coordinator in Southwest Missouri and is actively working on the final details for the Challenge Class of 2022 who will be meeting in her area in June. Congratulations to Kristy and thank you for being a great ambassador and volunteer for Greater MO!
