We have also established a new fund with the Community Foundation of Central Missouri. This fund will enable us to facilitate ongoing philanthropy to support our work by making your charitable giving easy, fun, and accessible. Donations make a great impact to allow us to diversify our participants and provide a steady stream of support for our year-round programs to inspire and educate women leaders to make a difference.

In the last three unprecedented years we have graduated 54 outstanding Greater Missouri women; we have provided $7,900 in full and partial need-based scholarships for the Class of 2022; we have honored eight exceptional leaders as Greater Missouri Women of the Year and engaged former recipients in our “Inspiring Conversations” series; we have strengthened relationships with GMLC Alumnae in multiple ways including virtual engagements and a return to an in-person alumnae reunion; we continue to welcome new life-time dues paying members; and we work to engage new and returning sponsors and underwriters to ensure that our premier statewide women’s symposium provides best-in-class programming for ongoing learning and networking opportunities that are beneficial to professional development.

With donor’s support we will continue to provide cutting-edge leadership research and practices and hone leadership skills through interactive workshops, thought-provoking panels, on-site behind the scenes tours, and welcoming world-class speakers, high-profile leaders, successful business executives, experienced educators, and game-changing coaches and professional development professionals just as we have been doing for the last 33 years. We will continue to look for ways that our alumnae can exchange ideas and connect with others from around the state-indeed around the globe-who share the same passion for leadership.
