Greater Missouri Leadership Challenge was featured in an article published by Columbia College, Columbia College pipeline continues in Greater Missouri Leadership Challenge.

Among the class of 2023, are two employees of Columbia College: Dr. Kaneshya Lucas, Director of Academic Affairs Operations, and Kathy Gress, Director of Columbia College-Springfield. Columbia College’s Vice President, Suzanne Rothwell, also serves on GMLF’s Advisory Board and is a Class of 2004 alumnae. Suzanne is also a recipient of the organization’s Women of the Year designation.

“I expect to learn more on how to become a better leader in my professional space and within the community,” Dr. Kaneshya Lucas told Columbia College. “I believe being a leader in the workplace is one thing; however, being a leader in all aspects of life who encourages and inspires others is equally important.”
