Hello GMLF Friends!

What a lovely season spring is in Missouri! Such a wonderful time to be out enjoying nature’s bounty and watching our communities awaken from winter. It is hard to believe it is May and we are almost halfway through 2023!

On April 13, the GMLF Board met in Columbia (and virtually!) and held a great meeting. The board was able to continue the strategic conversations started at the January retreat. We discussed the strategic direction the organization is taking to ensure we are known as the premiere women’s leadership organization in the state (and beyond!).

Summer is a busy time for GMLF. We will welcome the Class of 2023 to Kansas City June 14-16. Then in July we have the annual Alumnae Conference and Women of the Year luncheon on July 18-19. The Women of the Year luncheon is followed by a quarterly GMLF board meeting.

We are extremely excited to announce the 2023 Women of the Year honorees. These distinguished leaders will be recognized at the July 19 luncheon. Please mark your calendars and plan to join us at the historic Chase Park Plaza Hotel for this wonderful event.
