Martha Smith, Class of 2022, was awarded Iowa State’s College of Agriculture and Life Sciences 2023 Emerging Iowa Leader Award at the annual CALS BBQ on September 2. Martha graduated from Iowa State in 2004 with a degree in agricultural business and international agriculture. Martha works for Bayer as the head of industry affairs, with extensive experience in the agricultural industry.
