Stephanie Mills, Class of 2024, represented Tri-County Electric Cooperative, Inc. and received an award at the National Rural Economic Developers Association 2024 Annual Conference. Stephanie is the Manager of Communications, Member Services, and Economic Development at Tri-County Electric Cooperative, Inc.
