Adrienne (Eberly) Leighton (GMLC Class of 2019) has started a new position at Thoughtworks as Executive Partner, Digital Transformation Office. ThoughtWorks is a leading global technology consultancy that integrates strategy, design and software engineering to enable enterprises and technology disruptors across the globe to thrive as modern digital businesses. Founded in 1993, the company has grown from a small team in Chicago to a leading technology consultancy of more than 9,000 Thoughtworkers in 17 countries.
Adrienne most recently was the Global Data Assets Lead for Bayer Crop Science division working in the Greater St. Louis area. Prior to this role, she served as head of IT Business Operations and Chief of Staff to the CIO and was a member of the Monsanto/Bayer IT Integration team focusing on operating model and change management. She led IT through the design and implementation a new operating model which supported Monsanto’s position as the premier digital agriculture company. Prior to joining Monsanto, Adrienne spent 18 years working in the pharmaceutical industry with companies like Merck, Johnson & Johnson and Bristol Myers Squibb to help them realize the benefits of their IT investments.
