Elizabeth Wheeler, Class of 2020, has been named the Director of Major Gifts and Foundation Relations at Kansas City University. In this new higher education institution, she will utilize her many talents to develop successful philanthropy and alumni relations activities.

Elizabeth has spent the last 4 years at the UMKC Foundation working with the College of Arts & Sciences and the School of Computing and Engineering. Previously she was the manager of fund development for the Girl Scouts of NE Kansas & Western Missouri. Her experiences as a member of the GMLF alumnae network will assist her as she continues attracting new donors and strengthening relationships toward goals.
