What an inspiring Women of the Year Luncheon Celebration we experienced on Wednesday, May 30 at the Chase Park Plaza in St. Louis!  Greater Missouri Leadership Foundation honored four incredible women leaders at the event, with a crowd of nearly 200 people…

KRISTY CHASTAIN, 2018 Outstanding GMLC Alumna.   Kristy is VP, Private Banking Relationship Manager, Commerce Trust Company, Springfield.  She is GMLC alumna 2015.

CHRIS CHINN, 2018 Outstanding Civic Leader of the Year.  Chris serves as Director of the Missouri Department of Agriculture.

JUNE McALLISTER FOWLER, 2018 Inspirational Leader of the Year.  June is Sr. V.P. of Communications, Marketing, & Public Affairs for BJC HealthCare.

JAN HOLLOWAY, 2018 Community Leader of the Year.  Jan is Sr. V.P. & Chief of Staff for the Chairman of Monsanto.

These amazing honorees, pictured left-right, Kristy Chastain, Chris Chinn, June McAllister Fowler, and Jan Holloway (MO Dept of Agriculture photo) were selected by our Board of Directors, after receiving nominations from GMLC alumnae.  They each shared some words of wisdom about their leadership journeys.

The Women of the Year event is our only annual fund-raising event, with proceeds benefiting our scholarship fund for GMLC.  The 2018 luncheon raised more than $20,000 for scholarships.  Next year’s Women of the Year event is scheduled to be held in the Kansas City area in May, 2019.
