As autumn settles in, I’m overwhelmed with pride and gratitude for the remarkable strides we continue to make together. Your unwavering dedication to empowering women leaders across Missouri is truly inspiring. Thank you for being part of this incredible journey, bringing energy, passion, and purpose to all that we do.
October marks a time of reflection and preparation. We’ve officially closed the application process for the Greater Missouri Leadership Challenge Class of 2025, and I couldn’t be more excited about the dynamic new cohort of women ready to begin their leadership journey. This program remains the heart and soul of our mission, and I extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who encouraged others to apply and helped spread the word.
But the excitement doesn’t stop there! We’re also thrilled to soon welcome new board members who will bring fresh passion and energy to our work. Their enthusiasm will help shape the future, while the legacy of our retiring board members will be felt for years to come. These remarkable leaders guided us through the challenges of the pandemic, budget restrictions, and travel bans, leaving an indelible mark on our organization.

As we enter the new year, I encourage you to plan ahead for the Women of the Year Luncheon and Alumnae Reunion on July 23rd and 24th, 2025. This year, the excitement from our luncheon in Springfield will carry us right into the reunion in Branson, where we have some truly extraordinary professional development opportunities in partnership with BIZ 417. We will open the registration system for both events soon. This new partnership will make next year’s reunion unforgettable!
As we continue to nurture the amazing Class of 2024, I’m reminded of the lasting legacy we’ve built together. With their final session and graduation approaching in St. Louis, this class is ready to join the ranks of the extraordinary leaders who came before them. I’m confident they will make a profound impact on our organization and beyond.
