An update on all things under development in Kansas City, including women from multiple generations and their leadership experiences. Attendees will be encouraged to share their life “under construction” aspects.

- Alise Martiny, Current: International Vice President, Operative Plasterers’ and Cement Masons’ International Association; Previous: Business Manager, Greater Kansas City Building & Trades Association (first woman ever to hold that position)
- Kelly McClellen, Co-Founder, Tradeswomen Building Bridges, Secretary, Heartland Women in Trades
- Latoya Goree-Smith, Director of Strategic Engagement, Clarkson Construction Company. She is also a budding entrepreneur launching her own woman-owned business RhysIvy. She’s previously owned a small construction project management firm, and ran the KCI project’s Terminal Workforce Enhancement Programs, which included more than $20 million in programs that supported the growth of the construction workforce (with a focus on women and minority craftworkers) and minority- and woman-owned businesses.
