Congratulations are extended to Inci Dannenberg who was appointed to run the Crop Science global Vegetable Seeds business, which is headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri. Her appointment is effective March 1, 2021.
Inci has been responsible for driving the mid- to long-term commercial strategy for the company across its largest region, including developing new business models and go-to-market strategies for the United States and Canada that encompass the business’s broad portfolio of solutions.
In addition to leading commercial strategy development and implementation, Inci’s major focus is the successful integration of Crop Science’s newly-expanded North America commercial organization following Bayer’s acquisition of Monsanto Company. Since 2016, Inci has been co- leading Bayer’s global commercial integration planning work stream, crafting guiding principles and an initial organizational design centered around meeting customer needs and delivering industry-leading service and solutions.
Prior to her current role, Inci served as Vice President for Commercial Operations for Crop Science, leading the U.S. sales organization, key accounts, customer service and operations team since 2011. During her tenure, Inci was recognized as a champion of organizational improvement and talent development, and for transforming Commercial Operations into a high-performance, highly-skilled team that consistently delivered customer satisfaction, increased market share and outstanding employee engagement.
Inci is passionate and committed to talent development and mentoring professionals, both inside Bayer and externally. She is the executive sponsor for Crop Science’s Women’s Leadership Initiative, as well as being active in youth leadership and community non-profit organizations.
Inci holds a Bachelor of Science and MBA from Kansas State University. She and her husband, Mo, have three grown sons and enjoy spending time with family and outdoor activities.
