I, the below undersigned, agree to participate in the 2024 sessions of the Greater Missouri Leadership Challenge to be held on the following dates in the following cities:

SESSION 1 – MARCH 5-7 Columbia/Jefferson City
SESSION 2 – JUNE 19-21 Springfield/Branson
SESSION 3 – SEPTEMBER 18-20 Kirksville/N. MO
SESSION 4 – NOVEMBER 13-15 St. Louis

I also understand that I am fully responsible for the $2,900 tuition balance due to allow my full and complete participation in the social and educational activities of the Greater Missouri Leadership Challenge symposium, exclusive of travel, various food and all lodging costs, and any other personal expenses. If hotel arrangements are not secured timely I understand I may not have access to the negotiated group room rate. I sign this agreement in good faith (electronic signatures are binding).
