Amanda Seward, GMLC 2016, was recently promoted to Senior Director, Talent Management at Ameren. Amanda is a strategic leader in the area of talent management with extensive background and experience in leadership and organization effectiveness. Her expertise includes: executive leadership development and succession, culture and engagement, change management, measurement, leadership assessment and core talent processes aligned and integrated with business strategy.
Amanda is currently leading the Talent Management function at Ameren inclusive of three departments: Leadership and Organization Effectiveness, Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning where she focuses on connecting business strategy to talent management processes and priorities.
Amanda holds a Master of Arts in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and a Master in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. She also holds a Bachelor of Psychology and Business Certificate from Saint Louis University.
