2017 – Columbia Business Times (CBT): 20 under 40 Award
2018 – Promoted to Director of Diversity & Inclusion Programs
2018 – Became President and Co-creator of the Inclusive Impact Institute, a 501c3 working toward diversity education and inclusion in our communities 2019 – Grew department to include community programs and became Director of Inclusion & Social Impact
