Congratulations to 2018 GMLC Alumna Megan Warnick, who recently accepted the position as a Manager of Customer Support for Ameren Missouri. Megan serves as a second line leader in Ameren Missouri’s Customer Experience Center, where customer contact advisors interface with Ameren customers through phone, email, chat, and social media to answer questions about service and billing.
Megan enjoys her new position, as Ameren advances plans to transform customer experience by leveraging digital advancements to provide additional self-service options on customers’ personal devices, to proactively communicate with customers during outages, and to improve the infrastructure supporting energy delivery. Megan previously served as Bank Operations Manager for State Farm Insurance in St. Louis. Congratulations Megan Warnick!
