Congratulations to 2018 Challenger Nikki McGruder, who recently was named Executive Director for Inclusive Impact Institute.  Nikki will provide leadership and continue the mission of expanding diversity, inclusion and equity in the Columbia community. Inclusive Impact Institute will work collaboratively with Diversity Awareness Partnership, wherever needed, to create inclusive communities for all.
