Congratulations to Nikki McGruder,  who was presented with the 2019 Diversity Champion Award recently at Missouri State University at the Collaborative Diversity Conference.  Nikki serves as Executive Director for Inclusive Impact Institute, located in Columbia.  She is a graduate of the GMLC Class of 2018.
