Nikki McGruder has been selected as one of 3 finalists for the ATHENA Young Professional Award by Women’s Network, largest division of the Columbia Chamber of Commerce.  She is currently the Director of Inclusive Impact Institute.  Nikki is a graduate of Columbia College, with an MBA, and a Masters of Arts in Human Resources from Webster University in St. Louis.   Nikki is a 2018 alumna of Greater Missouri Leadership Challenge.

Nikki will be honored at the ATHENA Awards Banquet on May 2, 2019 at Stephens College in Columbia.  Congratulations Nikki McGruder!
