Scott Herbst asked and she said YES! Congratulations to GMLC Class of 2020 graduate Chris Niccolini who was surprised during a recent trip to Cancun, Mexico by the life changing ask.

Chris is an HR Professional with more than 27 years of experience.  She has worked in the pharmaceutical, agri-business and financial services industries as an HR Business partner, collaborating with leaders in driving change, challenging the status quo and building a diverse, high performing and results-driven organization.

Chris has worked with Bayer for ten years, initially in Brazil and for the past five years in Missouri, USA. She currently serves as the HR Director for North America Product Supply. Prior to Bayer, Chris worked at Monsanto, Toyota Financial Services, Bristol Myers Squibb and Chiesi Pharmaceutical.  Earlier in her career, Chris was a Senior Executive Search Consultant with Korn Ferry and Spencer Stuart, in Brazil.

She has a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Public Relations from Rider University, NJ.

Chris moved to the US with her two kids, Pedro Paulo and Anna Carolina in 2016.  Her hobbies include riding, hiking, reading, dancing and going to the movies.
