Congratulations to Connie Taylor (Class of 2020 and GMLF Board First VP) on her promotion to Director of Community Engagement and Impact at Ameren. With over 30 years of experience, Connie has played a key role in driving social impact and sustainability efforts at Ameren. 

Connie originally began working at Ameren in 1984, rejoining the company in 2015. She has held leadership roles as Director, Marketing Support for Ameritech and Vice-President, Energy Solutions with the Urban League St. Louis. At Ameren, prior to her current role, Connie was Manager, Customer Advocacy and Strategic Initiatives Manager (Customer Experience). 

In her new role, she will lead initiatives to expand community engagement, build equity frameworks, and secure funding for community-focused projects. Her leadership and dedication to ensuring no community is left behind align with Ameren’s mission for a cleaner energy future. Please join us in congratulating Connie!
