Connie Taylor, Class of 2020, was awarded the 2023 Ginsburg-Lewis Award from Cultural Leadership (now known as Lead STL), a non-profit organization in St. Louis. The award honors the late Honorable Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Congressman John Lewis, and aims to recognize individuals who “Embody the spirit of making ‘Good Trouble’ and stand strong in their convictions to foster equity and justice.”
Connie is the Sustainability, Diversity, Philanthropy and Energy Equity Solution, at Ameren and has been with them for the past 8 years. Her involvement with HOME WORKS! led to the creation of the Ameren Empowering U program, which aims to bridge education to economic resources and equity. Congratulations Connie! Your innovation and dedication continue to inspire us.
