Deb Snellen, SPHR, has retired from the University of Missouri effective July 3rd. She has most recently been the Executive Director of Organizational and Professional Development for the University of Missouri Advancement office.  She has pivoted and accepted the position of Executive Director of Organizational Development for Lake-Sumter State College in Leesburg, Florida.

Deb joined Mizzou after 25 years as owner of Business Class, a nationally recognized consulting firm dedicated to training and development options for improving organizational performance. Deb received a Master of Arts from the University of Missouri’s Department of Communication with an emphasis in Organizational Training and Development and a Bachelor of Science from the Honors Division of the College of Education from Mizzou.

A specialist in leadership, management and organizational development, communication skills, and strategic planning, Deb has provided workshops and seminars throughout North America.
