Congratulations to Elizabeth and Justin Hurst who welcomed their second child on February 12th. Hudson Kelly was born at 5:41 am and weight 8 pounds, 11 ounces and is described as PERFECT. He joins his big brother in bringing much love to the Hurst household.

Elizabeth serves as Business Development Manager for Human Resource Advantage, specializing in sales, marketing, client engagement and business analytics. She holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Music and Arts Administration from Drury University.

Her areas of experience include: Business Development, Client Relations & Retention, Recruitment, Communications and Strategic Planning.

Liz has worked in diverse sales and recruiting roles in the Springfield community for over 11 years.  She uses strategy and communication to help businesses and individuals develop best practices to achieve their goals, and takes great pride in building relationships on the principles of integrity and exceptional service. Elizabeth is distinguished by her passion for business, her focus on collaborative team-building, and her commitment to understanding and meeting customer and market demands.

She is a Springfield native and is an active alumna of Drury University. She serves on the Women’s Initiative committee, St. Jude’s – Springfield Affiliate Fundraising Advisory Committee and is a member at South Street Christian Church where she serves in a variety of lay leadership roles including board member, pastoral search committee chair, interim choir director, bell choir and celebration band member.

Elizabeth is married to her high school sweetheart of 18  years and enjoys spending every moment she can with her husband and two boys. Together, the family spends their time watching Cardinals baseball, and look forward travelling abroad and entertaining friends and family soon.
