Erika Henkel has recently been promoted at The Boeing Company as the Program Integration Office Director for the MQ-25 program. Erika and Boeing are bringing the future of unmanned aircraft carrier aviation to the U.S. Navy with the MQ-25. An unmanned aircraft system designed for the U.S. Navy mission, it will provide the needed robust refueling capability thereby extending the combat range of deployed Boeing F/A-18 Super Hornet, Boeing EA-18G Growler, and Lockheed Martin F-35C fighters. 

Erika has been with Boeing for over 15 years, previously as a Project Engineer leading the F/A-18 Kuwait Radar Team. Before that she spent five years supporting the Special Projects Dallas program in various leadership roles within Manufacturing Operations, Production Program Management, Systems Engineering, and Estimating & Pricing.
