Mara Woody of the GMLC Class of 2014 and Marsha Fischer, who was a speaker at Session I of the 2023 Greater Missouri Leadership Challenge, were named as two of the Top 50 Women Leaders of Missouri for 2022.

Dr. Mara Woody is a Senior Partnerships Director with the global Wadhwani Foundation. The foundation partners with community colleges and career development leaders to equip learners with skills and credentials in order to support career development and opportunities.

 

Marsha Fischer is the Vice President for Human Resources, Chief Human Resources Officer, and Chief Equal Opportunity Officer for the University of Missouri. She is responsible for managing areas including retirement, benefits, compensation, service center, employee and labor relations, learning and organizational development, recruitment, HRIS and data analytics, academic HR, and HR partners.
