Kristy Lovett who works as the Sr. Manager for Customer Solutions and Strategies for Ameren Missouri recently received the Ameren President’s Award for Excellence in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for going above and beyond when it comes to creating a safe space and openly discussing DE&I. “Everyone can talk about how important it is to be ‘All In’ and creating a safe space for Ameren employees, but Kristy has really delivered on those through her leadership.”, John Bunten, Ameren Missouri Diversity Coordinator. “One of the most impressive things she has done is set up on-going monthly meetings called Transparent Topics where her team meets in smaller groups to discuss various DE&I Topics. She created a safe space for discussions about uncomfortable topics, and co-workers are forming a deeper understanding of each other as a result. Through her efforts, Kristy has not only made Customer Solutions a great place to work, but also a place for open and honest conversation”.
