We are delighted to introduce Erica Pefferman (GMLC Class of 2023), a dedicated individual committed to improving health and wellness in the communities served by the Boone Hospital Foundation. Serving on the board for a three-year term, Erica’s passion for enhancing healing and improving patient outcomes is truly inspiring.

In addition to her role with the Boone Hospital Foundation, Erica is the Owner and President of COMO Companies, a conglomerate that includes COMO Magazine, COMO Business Times, COMO Marketing, and COMOTickets.com. Her entrepreneurial spirit extends to a new venture, Cataleya Travel, a personal travel concierge company. In addition to these roles, Erica is the mother of five wonderful children. 

Erica shared that her experience with last year’s Challenge has equipped her with valuable insights, particularly from the perspective gained in Kansas City during Session II. Erica is excited about the opportunity to contribute to positive change for those residing in Boone County through her involvement with the Boone Hospital Foundation.
