Ann Merrifield, GMLC Class of 2018, was recently awarded the 2024 Athena Leadership Award in Columbia. The Athena Leadership Award recipients are chosen for displaying excellence, creativity and initiative in their business or profession, providing valuable service to improve the quality of life in their community and helping women reach their full leadership potential. Ann is the Executive Director for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Missouri, where she provides children facing adversity with strong and enduring, professionally supported 1-to-1 relationships that change their lives for the better. Ann is active in the community, including the Greater Missouri alumnae network where she serves as one of our Regional Coordinators.
