Nancy Wolfe, Class of 2010 and longtime leader within our organization, recently announced on LinkedIn some exciting personal/professional news.

In January, she will join Ingredion Incorporated, a global food ingredients and solutions company, as their Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In this role, she says she will have the opportunity to focus on strategic people and culture initiatives among other areas to help this innovative global food company grow and thrive.

Nancy posted: “As someone who has worked for many years in agriculture, I’m excited to bring this deep expertise to the food industry as we work to bring together the potential of people, nature and technology to make life better around the world.

New beginnings are always exciting, but they can come with bittersweet reality too; like leaving behind my colleagues and friends at Bayer Crop Science. Over the past 23 years, I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside some of the most talented, committed and passionate people in the world focused on creating value and solving problems for farmers. It’s been my pleasure and privilege to work with these colleagues to help farmers put food on our tables, fuel in our tanks and clothing on our backs. It’s something that I look back on with extraordinary pride and with the utmost gratitude to all of my mentors, coaches and colleagues who helped create this rich experience along the way. Each of you have helped me in my journey and many of you will be lifelong friends.

As the road we’re traveling on starts to diverge, know that I continue to wish each of you the utmost success on your path ahead.”

We look forward to Nancy bringing her passionate leadership to this new organization as she continues to advocate the benefits of the Greater Missouri Leadership Challenge! Best wishes for continued success!
