As we encourage our esteemed alumnae to join or renew their membership by keeping their dues payments current, and engage in fundraising activities, we recognize the pivotal role that auditing and attestation play in building trust and accountability.

Here’s how we’re ensuring transparency and accountability and where you come in:

1. Establishing Clear Objectives and Scope:

• Clearly defining the objectives of the audit, including financial statement verification, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Determining the scope of the audit, specifying the programs, departments, and time periods to be covered.

2. Engaging Top-Notch External Auditors:

• We’re looking to partner with a reputable external auditing firm with extensive experience in auditing non-profit organizations.
• Ensuring our selected auditors are independent professionals with no conflicts of interest.

3.  Help us to find interested companies to respond to our RFP by sending any recommendations along with contact information to hello@greatermo.org by February 16, 2024.
