We hope you are looking forward to the 2018 GMLC Alumnae Retreat, scheduled for Thursday and Friday, October 11-12, in Southwest Missouri.  What a great way to reconnect with other alumnae from your class year!  What a great way to meet and become acquainted with leaders from other years too!

You can register for the retreat at https://greatermo.org/alumnae-retreat/

Our fall retreat, organized under the leadership team of Greater Missouri Leadership Challenge Alumnae Kristy Chastain (2015), Amanda Kastler (2016), Darline Mabins (2016) and Andrea McKinney (2017), includes a fabulous GMLC mini-session of inspiration and learning!  We’ll be showcasing some of Southwest Missouri’s strengths as well as some of its challenges.  We’ll demonstrate some ways local leaders address those challenges to make the area a wonderful place to live.

There will be no sleeping in…the agenda is packed!  A few highlights of this year’s retreat include a behind-the-scenes tour of Silver Dollar City, insight and a tour of College of the Ozarks, the financial impact of tourism for Missouri, the history and impact of Big Cedar Lodge, and words of wisdom from some several amazing women leaders.

Registration is NOW OPEN! It’s an amazing deal at only $99* fee (plus lodging) to help you get re-acquainted and re-energized.  We’ve set aside a block of rooms for participants too, but registration closes in September 10, so don’t hesitate!

Contact Lynda Baumgartner at LBaumgartner@greatermo.org for details or to help with your registration.  We look forward to seeing you soon!

*Open to all dues-paying alumnae!
