Sherry Coker, GMLC Class of 2020, is one of the community volunteer coaches behind this effort to get kids outside this summer. You don’t have to be in Springfield to be inspired by the creative ideas! 

Sherry joined Steven Pokin and John Adams for a short segment on KOLR10 & Ozarks Regional News about Run for Fun. This free event for children ages 6-11 takes place on Saturday mornings in June and July. 

In addition to being an active runner, Sherry serves as the Executive Director for the Ozarks Technical College Center for Workplace Development and is serving on our planning committee for the 2021 Woman of the Year Luncheon to be held on Wednesday, July 21.  We appreciate her creative energy while serving her community and supporting our fundraising efforts!
