Stephanie Banker, Class of 2012, and current Vice President, Nuclear Engineering & Support at Ameren has accepted a new position at DTE Energy in Michigan. Her last day at Ameren is Friday, March 18th and she will be moving to Michigan on March 20th.
Stephanie has been serving on the GMLF Board of Directors since 2018 and her contributions have made a material difference to the overall success of our recent past. One of her most tangible contributions has been to directly impact our bottom line by helping us navigate the challenges of leadership transition, boosting board morale, supporting improvements in our financial management, and being a brand ambassador all while providing leadership on our Finance Committee as we navigate the evolving challenges of the pandemic. She has been a trusted advisor as we establish a new Greater Missouri Leadership Foundation Fund at the Community Foundation of Central Missouri connecting us to organizations that can produce the greatest impact.
“I have enjoyed my time on the Board immensely and I wish you all the best of luck going forward. I believe the organization and the Board have made great progress over the last few years and it was great to see how we were able to cope with COVID and come through it in such a positive way.”
Ameren is one of Greater Missouri’s Platinum sponsors and as such will continue to have a seat on the Board of Directors. Leaders are working to replace Stephanie with another who shares her passion for supporting emerging women leaders through our program.
