A Word From Our President

Next Tuesday, December 3rd is #GivingTuesday, a day that encourages people to give, collaborate, and celebrate generosity. As we enter the holiday giving season, we hope you will consider a gift to GMLF. Whether you graduated in 1990 or last month, our mission remains the same: educating and inspiring Missouri women leaders to make a difference.

We are so excited about our amazing Class of 2020 and the direction we are headed, with our new Executive Director Katie Steele Danner and several new board members.  We’re excited about the next decade and hope you are too!  We are revitalizing opportunities for alumnae to get involved and stay connected, seeking opportunities for Greater Missouri Leadership Challenge graduates to serve in appointed leadership positions, and continuing the strengths-based leadership component that increases the return on investment for organizations that have empowered their women leaders to participate in The Challenge.

Thank you for all your support during our 30th anniversary year – whether it was hosting, nominating a Challenger, meeting with class members when in your area for session, volunteering to help with our Woman of the Year event, our Alumnae Conference or our special 30th anniversary events across the state, or donating your time and resources in other ways  – we are grateful and appreciate of your commitment.

Will you join me in your continued commitment to GMLF for #GivingTuesday? Our goal is to raise $3,000 to finish out our 30th year (and to match the funds raised by the Class of 2019), so please help us with a gift to our annual campaign today by clicking here:  https://greatermo.org/sponsorship-opportunities/make-donation/

Thank you for your continued commitment and support.  Serving GMLF as your President over the past year has been one of the most rewarding opportunities I have had. Have a wonderful holiday season as we enter the last month of the decade!
