Traci Ramsey – Class of 2023 – started as Vice President of People & Culture for the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis in May. Prior to accepting this new role Traci served as Bayer’s Senior HR Director/ Talent Lead for the Crop Science Commercial Operations organization. Traci started her career with Bayer (formerly Monsanto company) in 1998 and held multiple roles with the organization until accepting her new role.
