Board Secretary Stephanie Johnson, (GMLC Class of 2018) and Paddio Senior HR Business Partner has raised her hand to lead a new effort for Greater Missouri. As Katie explains in her notes, we are experimenting with a space to connect more deeply with the women in our network while adding a little time to focus on yourself as we start up a GreaterMO-LINC.

Leaning in is not a solo sport. In a world where women still face bias and other barriers at work, Circles are a safe space to share your struggles, give and get advice, and celebrate each other’s wins. Whether you need help navigating your new normal at work or are looking for support from women who understand what you’re going through, our GreaterMO-LINC will give our alumnae the boost we all need while strengthening our Greater Missouri bonds.
